π Address: 404 Charger Drive (Follow signs to the cafeteria entrance)
Cleburne DSHS will be on-site providing immunizations for eligible students ages 18 and under who meet any of the following:
β No insurance
β Underinsured
β Medicaid recipients
β Native American or Native Alaskan
πΈ A parent MUST be present for any child under 18
πΈ Bring your childβs immunization records, including any recent updates
π Vaccines available include:
MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A & B, Polio, Tdap, HPV, MCV4, Men-B, Hib, COVID, and more!

Contact your campus nurse from now through May 30 or after July 23:
