Our Intro to Reform series is a carefully curated 4-week program created for absolute beginners and those returning to the reformer after time away. You’ll be guided through essential foundations of Reformer Pilates in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where everyBODY belongs.

Each session is intentionally paced to help you build awareness, confidence, and control on the reformer. You’ll learn how to properly use the equipment, develop body-mind connection, and begin strengthening your core, improving posture, and enhancing mobility—all while staying true to the rhythm of your breath.

Led by Martine, our compassionate and knowledgeable instructor, you’ll be gently challenged in ways that feel aligned, accessible, and rooted in functional movement. Whether you're brand new or looking to refresh your foundation, this series is a supportive space to land, learn, and grow.
