We’re so excited to introduce our new fitness class, Dance Fit! Instructor Meg Perioli will lead the class in a high-energy cardio dance workout that blends easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music from around the world. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is designed to make fitness fun while improving your endurance, coordination, and overall strength.
Burn calories, boost your mood, and dance your way to a healthier you—no dance experience needed, bring your energy and enthusiasm!
