Want to workout but don't know where to start?
Getting bored with your workouts and need to change things up?
Looking for a community that wants to invest in their health?

Try Bluffton Strength & Conditioning!

For the whole month of August we are opening up our class times for you to try. We focus on strength training, cardio & gymnastic movements to improve overall fitness.

Classes are 1 hour and led by an instructor. We'll go through a warm up, strength portion and then the WOD (workout of the day). Any ability level is welcome, no experience needed.
