MONTHLY ART CLASSES for ADULTS in EMBRUN, ON!

Join Rose, of the Dreaming Heart Art Studio, on monthly Saturday mornings at the Palais des Sports in Embrun ON (2nd floor of the Embrun arena) for some BEGINNER-FRIENDLY, expressive art-making!
Classes alternate between Paint Night Style classes and Soul Sisters Art Workshops (mixed media art classes for women).
August's class features the Soul Sisters Art Workshop, "MANDALA PAINTING"!
With mandala imagery to inspire us, and mandala templates to help create our base design, we'll create colourful, peace-evoking mandala paintings on 10" round canvases.
Rose will gently guide participants in setting up their preliminary sketch and then we'll each turn inward and get a little introspective as we continue working on our independent patterns.
Mandalas epitomize peace, serenity, and love, and with that mantra in mind, we'll breathe deep and let go of everyday stresses as we listen to music and get lost in the creative moment.
Inspiration images will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own mandala images that you feel drawn to and that you feel will aid you in your creative process.
$49 + HST per participant

**PLEASE READ- Soul Sisters art classes are always BEGINNER-FRIENDLY, with a focus on having fun and enjoying the creative process!
You do NOT require previous art experience.
You simply have to be a woman who wants to cultivate more self-love, self-awareness, and fun in her life.
Rose will introduce the project and will provide hand-outs, occasional tips, and lots of sample pieces and images to inspire you... but please note that this is NOT a step-by-step class.
Instruction is very gently-led with a focus on introspective, self-guided art-making.

*All art materials are included, except for aprons. Please wear art-friendly clothes!
*Instruction is adult-focused. Young Ladies 16+ yrs. are welcome to attend with an adult.
