The timed descent starts with 30 second gaps and is very open with high speed corners, there are a few small rocky sections to negotiate and the trail is graded Blue so its just fun and not so gnarly, approx 3.1 Km, est 10min and drops 200m over the distance.
Once you have finished your downhill you can follow arrows to proceed to the uphill course start, and start whenever you feel ready by dipping your P-Card.
Stage 2: XC Uphill

It’s 4wd & single track, tight in places with a few rock pinch sections approx, be nice when passing. Approx 3.5Km climb rising 150M over the distance, expect about a 15 minute time.
