Greetings one and all!!! I have finally completed out the NM salsa line...so here goes

PORTALES POBLANO - mild and delicious
BILLY JOE'S GREEN STUFF - verde at it's best....

ALBUQUERQUE RED - mild > medium...perfect for that get together
SANTA FE SERRANO - a medium > upper level heat
ALAMAGORDO ARBOL - upper heat. just above a serrano
PECOS PEQUIN - oh boy...roasted pequins have an aroma like no other pepper

RUIDOSO REAPER - ok..I give up. I can't get it hotter than this...

and Christmas sauce.........................
