Caymus Wine Dinner

Join us for an evening of wine and food! Arrival reception features assorted Cheeses and Sauvignon Blanc. Dinner includes Crispy Arancini; Romaine salad with dried cranberries, Gorgonzola, spiced pecans, and cider vinaigrette; Roast Tenderloin of Beef, au Gratin Potatoes, medley of vegetables; and Chocolate Mousse with shaved dark chocolate for dessert.
