Celery Bog Oak Savannah Restoration Project

Meet us in the lawn next to Lilly Nature Center. We will take a short hike to the oak savannah restoration site. Invasives we will be targeting include bush honeysuckle, autumn olive, and callery pear. We will also be removing native dogwoods to let the native planting from years ago thrive. We will be primarily cutting down small woody plants with brush loppers and dabbing a little herbicide on the stump. Everyone is welcome!
