The Australian National Cavy (Guinea pig) Show. This is the biggest gathering of Guinea Pigs and Guinea Pig fanciers in the Country.
This is the Annual show run by the Australian National Cavy Council Inc. A competition for pure breed Guinea Pigs. There will be over 400 guinea pigs in Dubbo for this special event all with the anticipation to win the Australian Title of Best Cavy in Show.
This event attracts Cavy exhibitors from all over Australia to attend. 3 Top International Judges are officiating this year, travelling from Sweden, New Zealand and the Czech Republic to judge over 40 different breeds, including, the spotted Dalmatian, curly coated Rex and the long coated varieties including the Peruvian and the Texel to name a few.
As well there will be guineapigs to pat, free information on care of pet guineapigs as well as merchandise for sale.
