Join us for an unforgettable evening at Foxhollow Farm, where bourbon’s roots meet the garden’s harvest. Guided by Chef Zachary Henderson of Marigold Catering Co., this one-night-only experience blends the rhythm of the land with a bold, seasonal tasting menu — cooked over open flame and served as the sun sets behind the rolling fields.

Guests will sip curated bourbon cocktails from Mr. and Mrs. Bourbon, explore the gardens through interactive harvesting experiences, and savor a menu featuring local meats, wild herbs, and heirloom produce — all prepared onsite. Whether you're here for the fire-roasted bison, the bouquet you handpick, or the popcorn finale under the stars, this is a dinner that engages every sense.

⏰ Evening Timeline

6:30 PM – Arrival & Welcome Cocktail
Guests are welcomed with a garden-inspired cocktail from the Mr. and Mrs. Bourbon bar, served from our vintage Airstream. Relax, mingle, and watch the chefs work the flames as passed bites begin to sizzle.

6:45 PM – Field Experience
Led by Christy, guests will walk through the flower fields to create their own bouquets before heading to the kitchen garden to hand-pick herbs for the evening’s next course.

7:15 PM – First Course & Opening Toast
Guests return to their seats for the first plated course and second cocktail. Russ Smith and the culinary team will offer a warm welcome and share the heart behind the dinner.

8:24 PM – Golden Hour Main Course
As the sun sets across the farm, the main course is served: Foxhollow beef, flame-roasted vegetables, and handmade biscuits — elevated with local cheeses and fresh-picked herbs.

Dessert Under the Stars
The evening closes with grilled apricot Melba, an artisan cheese pairing, and a playful duo of fire-roasted popcorn — a whimsical final note under a Kentucky night sky.

Main Course

• Foxhollow Farm Beef Strip Steak “Cabrales sur la flamme” – Kenny’s smoked bleu, House of Marigold biscuit panzanella with summer squashes & cherry tomatoes, farm herb chimichurri, tuxedo salt, Naked Greens micros

Dessert

• Grilled Apricot Melba – buttermilk vanilla ice cream, crunchy strawberry, raspberry-angostura coulis, fleur de souci
