Class Description
Stress, overwhelm, and trauma can make it difficult to feel safe connecting with ourselves and others.

Yoga can be a powerful support alongside psychotherapy. At its heart, yoga is about restoring harmonious connection—to our bodies, our senses, the present moment, and our communities.

This class offers a gentle, simple flow with sensory cues to help create a bridge between mind and body. I’ll offer multiple options throughout to support you in exploring what feels best for you. This practice is less about doing poses “right” and more about engaging with your own experience with curiosity and care.

Choice is central to this practice. You’re always welcome to move differently, take a break, or step outside. For example, class will close with a 15-minute savasana (quiet time to rest and integrate). While stillness can feel grounding for some, it may be activating for others. I encourage you to honor what you need in that moment—whether that’s resting, walking outside, or engaging in a quiet creative activity like drawing, journaling, or knitting.

It’s my intention to create a space where you can practice tuning into your needs and making empowered, embodied choices.
