In addition to the scheduled fun activities by the Polkfest folks, several amateur radio enthusiasts from all over NC and SC will be set up. Hands-on STEM experiments, a balloon antenna, meshtastic, VHF/ UHF and HF radios, emergency radio instructions, maybe a Zumspot, etc, etc. It's a Support Your Parks weekend, too. :) Come on out and have fun. Zack KR4DCL from the local Charlotte W4BFB club I'll be there. He invited me. Tony N4ATJ from Gastonia club. W4TOP the Tower of Power club will be represented. Anyone else.... come on over.
