Spirits Club members are invited to an exclusive complimentary learning experience all about Collins Cocktails—a category of sour drinks that are known for being refreshing and effervescent. They consist of a base spirit, lemon juice, sugar, and topped with carbonated water, like soda or club soda. Collins cocktails are usually served long over ice in a tall, round glass, often referred to as a Collins glass. Come learn (and taste!) all about these delicious cocktails in August.
