The Lawn Party concert series continues on Wednesday, August 13th at Freeman Lake Park's Bandstand. August's Lawn Party features the crazy talented Captured - The Ultimate Journey Tribute!

About CAPTURED
One night in Louisville, KY, an event band was performing a trio of Journey tunes as part of their set. An Agent was in the audience, and was blown away by (singer Rob Maupin's) vocals and the band's execution of the songs. Rob's ability to nail Steve Perry's voice was uncanny.
The agent approached the band and asked if they might be able to put together an entire evening's worth of Journey music, because "There was something special here"!
And CAPTURED - The Ultimate Journey Tribute was born.
Composed of seasoned veterans, CAPTURED prides themselves on being a truly live tribute act. There are no backing tracks, period. What you hear is genuine!

The Lawn Party is a FREE event presented by the City of Elizabethtown.
Parking opens at 5:30pm with the concert set to begin at 6:30pm.
