Chef Mark will walk you through this simple but addicting meal while teaching you the fundamentals of properly breading and frying meat, how to make a simple pan sauce, learn about a lesser known vegetable green from our produce aisle, Rainbow Swiss Chard, and conquer the most irresistible Creamy Polenta that Chef Mark’s family demands it every year at Thanksgiving now!
