Plunky and The Oneness Live in the Art Park

Presented by the Petersburg Area Art League, this free event is part of the city’s monthly Friday for the Arts celebration and is proudly sponsored by Bank of Southside Virginia, The Cordish Companies, and Appomattox Event Center.

Led by iconic saxophonist, composer, and bandleader James “Plunky” Branch, Plunky & Oneness delivers a soul-stirring fusion of Afro-centric jazz, funk, and spiritual grooves. With a legacy spanning more than 50 years, Plunky’s music continues to uplift and energize audiences around the world.
