Join us next Tuesday at 5pm for a pre-run/walk stretching session with Katherine. Mobility work, prepping the body for running and walking, helps us keep doing the things we love to do. Increasing your mobility and strength are essential components to safeguard the body against injury!
We will have our regular group run/walk following the stetching session at 5:30. All are welcome and encouraged to come out and join in the fun!
