Breathwork is a transformational practice that allows you to connect to your mind and body through a circular breathing technique. This technique allows you to quiet down the ego and light up your subconscious mind. It helps to release those stuck emotions and create more clarity, peace, joy and love.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please arrive promptly, classes start at the appointed time - doors may be locked for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
