Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a mindfulness practice that induces a state of deep relaxation. The facilitator will guide you through a body scan, breathing exercises and visualization techniques. All you have to do is show up, get cozy and allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep rest.
