Chair Yoga Summer Pop-Up Classes

Let's try this and see how you like it!

Designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of mobility. The class will be performed while seated or using the chair for balance. We will focus alignment, mobility, breath, and balance. Great for individuals who work in an office setting or find themselves seated for hours in a day.

Summer Chair Yoga Pop-Ups:
Thursday, June 5 | 11:30-12:30
Thursday, July 17 | 11:30- 12:30
Thursday, August 14 | 11:30-12:30

Regular class pass applies. Limited to 12 spots. Pre-registration recommended.
