Starting THURSDAY JULY 17th 5:30-6:30 pm. Cost for all 6 weeks is $70.
This class is an eclectic mix of Pilates core mat, deep yoga stretching and abdominal work executed in an intelligent way to align your spine, develop internal core strength, reduce back, hip/leg pain and so much more! If Barre classes are too intense for you or you want additional work to learn how to move functionally in your body now as well as to age gracefully, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
6 Week session for $70 payable thru Erica's venmo/cash app (listed in comments) to reserve your spot. Cash is also accepted but priority is given to pre-paid students as class size is limited due to prop use.
