Hey Tweens and Teens! Learn to make professional video! Sign up for this six day film making program hosted by FACT TV. Participants will learn how to use professional film making equipment as well as phones and sound equipment to create a 30 minute film about Buhurt, a full contact armored combat sport. You will have an opportunity to film members from Vermont Armored Combat team at a public presentation of steel fighting on Saturday July 12 from noon - 3:00 pm at the library. In addition to filming you will interview fighters and learn about the sport. The following week you will learn to edit and work with others to create a 30 minute entertaining and informational video to be shown on FACT TV channel. On Saturday July 26 we will celebrate with a special premier of the video here at the library.

Space is limited and we require a commitment to attend all 6 dates. WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR THIS WORKSHOP YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES.

The program will be held at the FACT TV studios in the Keene Public Library and in Heberton Hall

The dates are: Tuesday July 8 from 3 - 6 pm, Thursday July 10 from 3 - 6 pm, Saturday July 12 from Noon to 3 pm, Tuesday July 15 from 3-6 pm, Thursday July 17 from 3 - 6 pm.
The movie premier will be on Saturday July 26th at 12 noon.
