Triple Swim Run

If you're doing the GFT Triple Sprint or if you just want a new challenge... this training is for you.
Swim 400 yards, Run 1.5 miles (do it 3X in a row).
This will help you get more familiar with a swim immediately following a run.
You can do all or part of the training and you can adjust the distances to meet your needs.
Non-CTC members are welcome after signing the online waiver!
