Fr. Andrew Dalton, LC, STD will be back at the Cathedral to share his presentation on the Shroud of Turin.
The Shroud of Turin is a blood stained linen cloth that bears the image of a crucified man believed by many to be Jesus of Nazareth. It is one of the most scientifically studied archaeological artifacts in the world, yet modern science cannot explain how the mysterious image on the Shroud was formed.
Fr. Andrew Dalton, LC, is a Catholic priest of the Legionaries of Christ and Professor of Theology at Regina Apostolorum in Rome where he teaches the Synoptic Gospels and Biblical Theology of the Passion of Christ. He is a well-known international speaker on the Shroud whose approach bridges the gap between scientific observation and theological interpretation Fr. Dalton has spoken at the National Eucharistic Congress, SEEK, and World Youth Day. He was also featured on Pints with Aquinas in 2023 with Matt Fradd.
Join us for 5:00pm Mass in the Cathedral prior to the presentation, or just come for the presentation beginning at 6:30pm.
All are welcome!
