SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, August 7 at 6 PM: Taste the World, Right Here in Our Community! We are excited to announce that with support from the Common Roots Foundation, we are launching a Taste of the World Cooking Demonstration & Tasting Cultural Wellness series!
The first event in the series, Summer Fresh Flavors, will take place on Thursday, August 7, at 6:00 PM, at Sunhee's Farm and Kitchen located at 95-97 Ferry Street in South Troy, New York. Participants will learn how to prepare Kimchee (aka Kimchi), a traditional Korean side dish. Participants will be treated to a sample and an immigrant story from Sunhee's owner, Jinah Kim (pictured below). Tickets are on sale now — seating is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
