_The important thing is to meditate.These mantras affects the subtle world. The vibration of the words is what is important. The pooja is done not for one or two people. It converts all the negativity into positivity._
*Rudrapooja reduces 4 types of Doshas*
1.Pitrudosha 2.Grahdosha 3.Vastudosha 4.karmadosha
Also, balances tridosha i.e. π»Vatta, π»Pitta & π»Kapha
& it increases Prana & Sattva guna in us and the environment.
