Bespoke Physio Led Pilates Classes (4 people per class)

We are pleased to be able to offer physio-led Pilates group sessions starting 5th September. There will be only 4 people in each class and so the sessions can be bespoke and allow for correction and guidance from Chartered Physiotherapist with APPI Pilates Training.
