Join us for a group for pregnant women to prevent postpartum depression!
Group includes 7 weekly in person group sessions that will cover topics such as expectations versus reality of becoming a mother, advocating for yourself during labor and delivery, and setting healthy boundaries after birth. Then, you will have an individual booster session during your postpartum period.
This curriculum is adapted from the ROSE Program, which is an evidence-based postpartum prevention intervention that is based in psychoeducation and social support.
