Cooking With Kids: Color Your World Through Food!
Brought to you by Adagio Health

Get ready to Color Your World with flavor, culture, and creativity! Cooking With Kids is an exciting health education program for youth ages 11–14, where we explore global cultures and healthy food choices through interactive lessons and flavorful vegetarian tastings from around the world.

Each week, students will sample a new vegetarian dish and take a deeper dive into everything that goes into making it—from the cultural background and geography of the country, to the main ingredients, nutritional value, and even the cost of preparing the recipe. It's a fun, educational experience that connects food to the world around us!

In every class, participants will:

Discover a new culture and cuisine

Learn about key vegetarian ingredients and their health benefits

Explore the geography and traditions of each recipe’s country

Understand the cost and accessibility of ingredients

Enjoy a taste-test of a featured dish from around the globe

Each session stands alone, so join us for any week that fits your schedule — or challenge yourself to try something new each time by attending all six and expanding your global palate!
