Eastside Conscious Ecstatic Dance Funk and R&B Music Night! 7:15 - 9 PM

Come be a part of the region's ecstatic dance community by joining us on the first Friday of each month at our Eastside Conscious Dance ecstatic dance event. The music for the event will be funk and rhythm and blues as opposed to traditional ecstatic dance percussive, instrumental world music.

Ecstatic dance is a wonderful freeform type of dance where people gather in a dance studio room, have an opening circle, dance however they want to dance alone and with each other (as desired) for 1 hour to 1 hour and fifteen minutes with no steps, no teacher, and no judgment to great music! It ends with a closing circle and a chance for people to socialize.

Cost: Sliding Scale, recommended amount (to help us pay for the studio rental) is $15 - $20.
