Nepalese Sound Healing with Melanie

Sound Healing with Nepalese Singing Bowls - a valuable tool for calming the mind, reducing anxiety, assisting the body to transition from the fight or flight mode and entering into the rest and digest state - where the body can heal.
The envelopment of sound waves allows the heart and mind space for more clarity and insight while lessening inflammation, increasing circulation and bringing about a sense of well-being.
It is thought that the vibrations assist in creating new neural pathways, lessening the chaotic mind chatter and repetitive thoughts.
In this session, I will be using a variety of hand hammered Nepalese metal singing bowls from my personal collection.
This is a deep listening experience -shutting out the sounds of the world - as the vibrations to fill the space.
Breathe it in, allowing your senses to be massaged in the vibrations.
During a sound bath most people will experience feelings of profound bliss, deep rest, some may fall asleep, some may feel their mind is resisting, sometimes feeling irritation occurs as the vibrations "do the work" triggering a healing release/response in the body and mind, some may feel the need to shed a tear or release thought patterns, some may feel nothing at the moment but the residual results are profound.
This is a space and time for healing.
While singing bowls and vibrational medicine can bring healing, it is always important to honor your needs.
Always hydrate before a sound bath.
Singing bowls should not be placed directly on the body during pregnancy, or those who have hearing aides, metal implants, pacemakers and or those who have diagnosed heart problems or epilepsy.
Please let me know ahead of time if you have questions.
