Back-to-School Immunization Clinic

To assist parents in making sure both child and teen immunizations are up-to-date, we're holding a Back-to-School Immunization Clinic on Tuesday, August 5, from 8 am to 3:30 pm! Please see below for additional information:

• Location: main FCPH building, 1240 25th Street South, Fargo
• 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱; please call 701.241.1383.
• All recommended child and teen immunizations will be available.
• Before attending an immunization clinic, parents are encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify coverage for immunizations provided by FCPH.
• Please bring insurance information to your appointment.
