Come along and learn a range of birthing techniques: movements, mindset, breathing, relaxation - all with the goal of helping you prepare for labour and birth with joy.
Ease out your pregnancy aches and pains, (everything from sciatica, pelvic girdle pain to heartburn) As a bonus, you’ll probably get a good night's sleep after class too!
