Join us for the 19th Annual Foundation of Faith Event: Let Your Hope Shine on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the elegant Starlight Event Center, featuring keynote speaker Sister Josephine Garrett, CSFN.
Sister Josephine has filled audiences at many Catholic conferences, including appearances at SEEK, Christ Our Life Catholic Conference, Steubenville, GIVEN Catholic Young Women’s Leadership Forums, and the National Eucharistic Congress. She also serves as a voice for mental health on various platforms such as Formed and Hallow.
Sister Josephine will share her journey of faith, the challenges she faced, her experiences of prayer, and the moments of surrender she had to make in her life. By drawing upon her own personal experiences, she sheds light on the power of hope and how it served as an ‘anchor’ guiding her through her most difficult times and how she found hope in the strength of the Lord.
We are also proud to honor the Christian Brothers with the 10th Annual Dei Gratia Award for their 100 years of service to Cathedral High School. Since 1925, the Brothers have helped generations of families by offering a transformative Lasallian education. Their commitment to “teaching minds and touching hearts” continues to shape young men into leaders of intellect, faith, and compassion. The Dei Gratia Award, Latin for “By the Grace of God”, recognizes an individual, couple, or organization for their servant leadership, outstanding contribution to the Diocese of El Paso and our Catholic community, and their dedication to being good stewards of God’s grace.
This is the largest event where you can bid on fun religious experiences and items from our clergy and religious, while donating to the Catholic Foundation. So, gather your bible study group, ministry team, or ACTS community and sponsor an Angel Table. The evening includes a cocktail reception, seated dinner with wine, Dei Gratia Award presentation honoring the Christian Brothers, a live auction, our keynote speaker, Sister Josephine. Tickets are $125 per person or $1,250 for a table of 10. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For more information or to purchase your tickets, visit www.fofevent.org or call 915-872-8412. Proceeds from this event support the work of the Catholic Foundation in sustaining the long-term needs of our diocese.
Let your hope shine—we can’t wait to see you there!
