Winter Yin, Pin + Sound Healing Immersion

Delve into a delicious wintery 90min yin sequence with Amanda. Working with the subtle energies of the water element and meridians of winter, we explore how we can use the benefits of yin yoga to help us move through winter with ease.

Throughout Winter, we may all face some feelings of lethargy, feelings of losing our motivation, we may even lose our zest for life a little. This is nature’s way of telling us to slow down, to go inwards, to change routines, to sleep a little more, to push a little less.

Winter is the time to quiet, to rest, and to repair. We will start with a nourishing Yin yoga, sequenced around the Water Element and the Kidney's and Urinary Bladder meridians. Led by yoga teacher Amanda to ground into the physical body as well as awaken the energetic channels with poses and essential oils.

Once we melt into our shapes and find a deep rest, Acupuncturist and practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine Chantel will use pins to keep you anchored, grounded and nourished for winter and give your body time to retreat and go within.

Celeste from Sun Moon will bring in her magnificent musical instruments for an out of this world experience through sound. As she promotes an induced meditative state, enchantment, exhilaration and wonder at being encased in a sonic wave of otherworldly tones and overtones as you rest.

Join us, as we balance our water energies and Chi within our bodies helping to remain healthy and happy through the cooler months, preparing us for a bountiful spring ahead.
