78 RPM ERA night will be back once also this summer, on Sat 2 August at bar Koistinen! With Djs Vesa Yli-Pelkonen, Moon Kat, Anssi Lihtonen, and Juha Pietiläinen. 22-03.
78 RPM ERA club night was held altogether 19 times during 2016-2019 at Lavaklubi in the Finnish National Theatre in Helsinki. As the name indicates, all the music was and is played from original 78 rpm records, mainly from 1950’s, but also from 1940’s and 1930’s, with music styles Rhythm & Blues, Jump Blues, Doo-Wop Rockers, Mambo, Popcorn, Latin, Rock’n’Roll, Jazz and Blues.
Address: Hämeentie 13, Helsinki. Same entrance as to bar Siltanen, and Koistinen is located in the corner of the lower terrace of Siltanen.
