Marinated in tikka masala, our juicy free-range chicken thigh is stacked high with:

🥕 Tangy pickled carrot
🍯 Tamarind mayo
🌿 Micro coriander and bean sprout slaw

Served in a warm charcoal burger bun with crisp cumin papadum chips and a playful pani puri filled with chilled tamarind mint — it’s bold, cheeky, and bursting with flavour.
