What to submit during filing of Candidacy:

1) Certificate of Candidacy with ID Picture

2) Copy of government ID (Please bring original ID)

3) Copy of Title or ownership of Celestine Homes 2&3 unit(s) /

if unit is loaned/mortgaged, provide copy of latest billing

(should be no arrears)
