On behalf of the Springhill-North Webster Chamber of Commerce, I’d like to personally invite you to join us for the Grand Opening Celebration of Ed’s Chicken Shack on Friday, August 1 at 10:00 AM, located at 910 South Arkansas Street in Springhill — affectionately known as Chicken Corner.
Owner Ed Bankhead will be serving up his famous fried chicken alongside a full Southern spread, including mashed potatoes, rice & gravy, greens, okra, string beans, tater logs, coleslaw, mama’s biscuits, and cornbread.
We’ll also be joined by local leaders who will offer remarks.
This event is not only a celebration of a new business, but a reflection of the community spirit, culture, and food traditions that define our region.
