SUP ADVENTURE
No yoga or SUP experience needed. This full body workout is a fun way to get you out in nature while building strength and balance. Whether itβs your first time on a SUP or 100th, this SUP Adventure is an amazing way to experience Arizona's beautiful scenery and wildlife!! Learn the basics of paddle boarding. We are 27 for 27 at getting new students standing on their board. If standing up on your board does not resonate with you, you can explore the lake seated using our kayak style paddles. Your instructors will share fun facts about the lake and the surrounding wildlife as you enjoy the sun, water and nature. All of our instructors are lifeguard certified so you are in good hands!
