Signature Sound Bath

In this special hour long sound bath, you'll be guided through a balancing journey, grounding the root chakra and bringing in clarity. With the support of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and the radiant high resonant frequency of the 528 hz tuning fork, we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

What is Provided?
Simply Sound strives to bring you the ultimate in relaxation for your sound bath experience. We are pleased to offer you the following as part of your experience:

4-Inch memory foam mattress

Cotton blanket

Pillow

Bolster

Eye mask

There are yoga mats available if you prefer a less 'cushy' experience.

Ear plugs (for those sensitive to sound)

Event Details
Doors open at 5:15pm and close at 5:25pm for the event start. We will meet you in the lobby of the secured building at 5:15pm and again at 5:25pm.

Space is limited to 8 participants.

This event is open to participants aged 18 and older.

Please note that individuals with pacemakers should refrain from attending.
