Apples & Artifacts

Join Historic Forestville as we turn the crank on our 19th-century cider press. Listen to the hum of the gears and watch the juice flow from Minnesota apples while creating traditional apple cider. Then head over to the fire and lend a hand stirring the simmering contents and watch the cider turn to butter.
