Join us for the Back-to-School Block Party at Community Health Center of Spencer, in partnership with Spencer Community Schools!

✅ Healthcare Services (inside clinic)
• Well-child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, and dental exams
• Appointments: 8 AM – 2 PM (call 712-232-4300 to schedule)
• Walk-ins: 3 PM – 6 PM
• Services available to all children, regardless of insurance status

🎒 School Support & Outdoor Festivities (3–6 PM)
• School registration help
• Free backpacks, supplies & food box (while supplies last)
• Booths, activities, free haircuts, community resources

🌭 Free meal (4–6 PM): Hotdog, chips, cookie & water
