Yoga Night at Heaton Bldg

Join me for yoga at the beautiful Heaton building, upstairs under the skylights! Enter through NE gallery door and take elevator to 2nd floor. The hour will be devoted to a series of gentle stretching and strengthening yoga poses which will be ideal for decompressing stress and a great practice for all levels. Let me know if you need a mat-I have extra if needed. $5 appreciated!
