South Yorkshire Olympics

This event is aimed at runners of all levels in the South Yorkshire and beyond area who wish to join the Olympic spirit and compete in a friendly environment against runners of similar level.
You can do 1 minimum or maximum of 7 different races on the night. You will be representing your club OR you can run as unaffiliated runner. If running for your club, you will gain points if you finish in the top 3 in any race.
Where there are more than one race per distance; you will be entered into the relevant race based on your predicted times and age category.
6.00 - Mixed 3,000m x 1
6.25 - Women's Elite 3,000m x1
6.45 - Men's Elite 3,000m x 1
7.05 - Women's 400m x 3
7.15 - Men's 400m x 3
7.25 - Women's 100m x 3
7.35 - Men's 100m x 3
7.45 - Women's Mile x 2
8.05 - Men's Mile x 3
8.30 - Women's 800m x 2
8.45 - Men's 800m x 2
9.00 - Women's 4x100m x 1
9.05- Men's 4x100 x 1
9.10- Women's 4x400m x 1
9.20 Men's 4x400x 1
