Join us outdoors in our kitchen and pavilion area for a series of hands-on, corn cooking classes. Learn how to pound dried corn and sample mush made from heirloom corn, make kanʌstóhale (corn bread) while exploring its cultural meaning, and practice traditional corn hulling techniques. All ages welcome! No sign-up needed, simply drop in!
