Cast iron is the best cooking medium bar none, but we understand how intimidating it can be. Want to learn how to put this iconic cooking pan to great use? Our chef instructor will take the guesswork out of seasoning and cleaning it as well as show you how to celebrate the mysterious quality cast iron adds to your cooking.

What To Expect

Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.

Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef

Length: Approximately 2 hours

Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the chef instructor, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made during the class.

Location: Location: Second Floor. Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.

Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 18 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Experience Options

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.

Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
