YOGA: Stretch & Restore

This will be a slow flow yoga class with an emphasis on recovery, and balancing the nervous system. It will begin with Vinyasa Flow style of yoga which involves syncing breath to movement and moving at a steady pace. The class will finish with more of a Restorative Yoga style which involves holding poses for longer than 30 seconds and breathing through any areas of discomfort.
All that is needed is a yoga mat and your breath. :)
*This is not a hot yoga practice, so do not expect this to be an intensive yoga class. All levels are welcome.
