From the Attic: Wletschmerz & Circuses by Vaughn Schultz

Vaughn Schultz presents canvases from a place of broken mirrors and moth eaten overcoats, steam trunks filled with masks of the strange and unusual and cedar chests full of scented mysteries.

Oils and acrylics are used in limited palettes to explore abstract and illustrative images with expressionist characteristics.

Schultz's past lives include designing for theater, teaching college, writing and illustrating graphic novels , composing music and yes , even puppeteering. He has been perfectly content being a ghost in Atchison for the past 10 years.
